At the Jean Jaurès college, in Aire sur La Lys in France, around twenty third grade students were selected to follow the ‘Mini-Entreprise’ option. Recruited via a motivational mini-video, the students assemble in small groups to form a collective and usually inclusive project.

The Company Program allows the young students to discover the business world in a playful way. And last but not least to understand how their knowledge can put in application. Mentors from all around the world come to help student in collaboration with voluntary teachers. It's a way to do transversal learning, with the perk of accomplishing a project.
The concept was first created in the United States in 1919, so it's not a new idea, but it's still effective in motivating students. Today, the idea has spread all over the world, and in Europe alone it is estimated that about 200,000 young people participate in this type of program each year.
Every year a company program festival gathers the projects and awards prizes to the best initiatives.
